Totally shite. Call Centre only know how to hang up or leave on hold indefinitely when asked to perform the simplest of tasks. Broadband service is awful with terrible support all in all the biggest bunch of jokers i have ever had the misfortune to deal with
I agree abs rubbish on hold all the time, no one seems to have a clue
